Niloofar residential building is built on 8 floors with a height of 40 meters. The facade of this project, which has a very complex geometric form, is engineered, produced and installed using GFRC materials and using by unitized method. The façade consists of 10 different types of panels, the height of each panel is 4.5 meters and the approximate area of each panel is 10 to 12 square meters. The installation of these panels has been done in a very special and fast way without the need for scaffolding. The complex geometric form, the large dimensions of the panels and the 70 cm depth of the panels in relation to the structure are the main features of this unique project.
