Zair-shahr Razavi

Zair-shahr Razavi

Zair-shahr Razavi is a national project that was designed and implemented in 2016 and 2017. This residential town welcomes millions of pilgrims and travelers from all over the country every year. Quds consultant, who was in charge of the design of this complex, announced the need to cover part of the facade openings while maintaining the overall architecture of the project and other technical principles during the meetings and consultations with the experts of Mobkaran Beton Company. After examining the knots used in the interior architecture of the Razavi holy shrine, the design team of the concrete innovators designed a panel with azure blue color, which is rooted in Iranian tiles and architecture, and proposed it to the project architecture team. This panel with its knot shape and azure color creates a positive feeling and energy for pilgrims and users. After the installation of the panels, which was done by dry method, the project managers decided to cover all the openings of the building with this material, considering the positive effect of the GFRC panels on the town. In addition to the undeniable impact on the overall atmosphere of the project, GFRC panels have created a significant feeling of relaxation by maintaining privacy and the play of light and shadow in the interior.
