Baharestan Residential Complex

The Baharestan project is a residential complex located in Zahedan city, which was designed and implemented in 2018 by North East Housing Investment Company. The architectural team of the project intended to turn the surrounding wall of the project into an urban element and symbol. After several meetings between the project architects and experts of concrete innovators, it was decided to design and implement a volumetric element inspired by the climate of Sistan and Baluchistan for the perimeter wall of the project. After considering several different options, the architectural team of the concrete innovators finally designed and executed a panel with dimensions of 100 x 240 cm with a completely unique form, inspired by the natural elements of Zahedan climate such as wind and trees. These panels were installed in an easy and quick way using the joints that were placed inside the part during production with a significant speed.
